FAZIT

Overall, the Erasmus+ internship was an exceptionally valuable academic and personal
experience. The best aspect was the opportunity to work in an international academic environment while immersing myself in Spanish culture. The intercultural exchange, professional networking, and exposure to different research perspectives were particularly enriching.
One of the main challenges was adapting to administrative procedures and communication styles in a new country, especially during the initial phase. However, overcoming these challenges strengthened my adaptability, independence, and problem-solving skills.
